Job Purpose: The main purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of Manufacturing Engineering activities in support of a business. Using the methods described in corporate process landscapes to validate and/or execute tasks an d ensuring manufacturing processes are safe an d capable of achieving an d sustaining the design intent, required production rate, cost an d quality an d are delivered on time to the business. Key AcＣountabilities （But not limited） Developing, implementing, validating, maintaining an d continuously improving manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting an d continuing to meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery, an d lead time. Creating, maintaining and/or govern elements of the Technical Package （SOP/ Inspection Plans/ PFMEA/ Control Plans/FAIR/FPA etc.） which clearly define the manufacturing process an d control them effectively, during source change an d new product introduction process. Capturing, analysing an d using data to demonstrate an d improve the current an d future capability of manufacturing processes within supply chain. Working with interfacing teams, partners an d suppliers to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes are understood an d acＣounted for as required. Resolving technical problems an d exercise professional judgment. Identifying an d developing opportunities for new Ｏr improved manufacturing processes an d technologies to meet current Ｏr future requirements. Managing an d maintaining the integrity of business related data in support of manufacturing processes. Identifying, document an d share best practice; capture an d utilize lessons learned an d planning an d managing activities, communicating current status to relevant stakeholders. Ensuring manufacturing processes complying with all legal requirements an d customer requirements an d complying with RRMS an d SABRe. Ensuing export control an d intellectual property requirements are satisfied. Qualification : Minimum 10 years related working experience. Professional engineer, with a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace Ｏr Materials Engineering Good understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business. Good awareness of Manufacturing Systems an d enabling software tools relevant to the business. Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes relevant to their role. Ability to read an d interpret technical drawings related to manufacturing process.
