岗位职责：1. 能领导大型安全工程项目，控制项目管理、项目管理过程及项目成功关键因素，并能区分客户的关键关注点及问题；2. 协调健康安全工程相关的政府/承包商/分包；3. 从专业的角度建立并实施健康安全工程系统和政策；4. 负责安全管理的实施及各种类型的事故调查、分析、处理、统计和存档；5. 负责各种风险的识别、分析，包括计划、组织、执行以及后续跟进和培训；6. 负责项目优化，包括风险分析、建筑安全监控；7. 熟悉对新员工、建筑工人及特种行业工人（包括联络、注册及存档管理）的安全教育与培训；8. 熟悉现场环境、卫生管理、液体和废物处理管理、调查和处理安全事故；9. 熟悉政府主管部门流程（消防主管部门、公共安全主管部门及安全监管主管部门），根据建议整改并参加各种安全会议；10. 保证所有设备被安全、可靠的操作；11. 落实紧急疏散程序并安排必要的培训帮助现场主管规避风险 努力实施 零风险现场 。
施工工地：嘉兴平湖。
任职资格：1. 健康安全工程专业大专及以上学位；2. 3年大型健康安全工程项目管理相关工作经验；3. 熟悉所有健康安全工程方法及主要工具，包括HAZOP分析、QRA等；4. 熟悉国家安全法律、法规、有安全生产、防火及安全管理培训经验；5. 积极、努力、有极强的责任感及原则性；6. 优秀的沟通能力；7. 熟练使用办公软件、写作能力强、具备一定的外语知识或有外企工作经历的优先；8. 要求安全员证书。　Job Description1. Can lead large scale HSE projects, have totality view on project governance, project management process, key success factors an d can identify key concerns an d issues with clients2. Coordinate the authority/contractor/subcontractor of the HSE matter3. Set up an d implement HSE system an d policy from professional point of view.4. Responsible for the implementation of safety management, responsible for various types of accident investigation, analysis, processing, statistics, archive.5. Responsible for the various risk identification, analysis, including plan, organizing, conducting, following trace an d training.6. Responsible project optimization, including the risk analysis, construction safety supervising.7. Familiar with safety education an d training for new employees, construction workers an d Special trades workers including contacting, registration an d archive management8. Familiar with site　environment, sanitation management, liquid & waste treatment management, investigation an d handling of security incidents9.Familiar with the government authority flows （Fire Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Safety Supervision Bureau）, rectification according to the comments an d participate in various Security meeting10.Ensure that all equipment　are safely operated an d reliable11.Put in place emergency evacuation procedures an d necessary training an d help site director in case of crisis12.Manage 0 Site accidents initiative

Requirements1. College degree Ｏr above of HSE　specialty2. 5 years HSE related experience in large project management experience3. Familiar with all HSE methodologies an d key tools, including HAZOP analysis, QRA, etc.4. Familiar with National safety laws, rules; experience in training of safety production, fire fighting, security management;5. Active, hard working, strong sense of responsibility an d adhere to the principle6. Strong communication skill7. Skill in office software, strong writing ability; knowledge of foreign language Ｏr experience in working in foreign company would be better Preferentially in international environment8.
