招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 职位要求： 1. 土木工程学位 2. 5年以上相关施工现场或项目管理公司或总包工作经验，熟悉相关施工工艺 3. 有幕墙施工经验优先 4. 最好具有外资工程公司工作经验 5. 精通MICROSOFT OFFICE 6. 具有基本英语书写能力 7. 熟悉中国规范，标准和规则 8. 熟悉当地政府审批程序 职责描述： 1. 协助项目经理处理每日现场工作 2. 参加现场会议，准备报告和项目涉及现场文档； 3. 安排项目会议和准备会议纪要 4. 每日视察工地以及准备相关报告 5. 协助项目招投标事宜 6. 协助项目团队的投标评估 7. 根据项目进度表监控施工进度； 8. 与当地政府部门联络审批申请和批准事宜 9. 在项目经理的指导下，签发现场指导、视察报告以及与承包商澄清现场技术问题 Job qualification 1. Degree of Civil Engineering 2. 5 years related work experience in construction field working for a Project Management Company Ｏr General Contractor, familiar with construction technology. 3. Having curtain wall work experience is preferred 4. Having foreign engineering company work experience is preferred 5. Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office 6. Able to use English language at least in writing 7. Familiar with Chinese codes, standards an d regulations 8. Familiar with the local authorities an d Permitting Responsibilities 1. Assist the Project Manager in the daily site work 2. Take part in site meetings, prepare reports an d site documents for PM issue; 3. Arrange site meetings an d prepare Minutes of Meeting 4. Conduct daily site inspection an d prepare the relevant reports 5. Assist the project team in the tender process 6. Assist the project team in evaluation of bid packages 7. Supervise construction progress according to the Project Schedule; 8. Liaison with local authorities an d government bureaus for permitting an d applications 9. Under direction of Project Manager to issue the site instruction, site inspection an d inspection reports; to clarify all technical issues on site with the contractors
