ABOUT THE JOB The Safety& Security/Facility Manager is the person to lead the safety an d security risk team including external guard service staff to fulfil the above policy, by conduct training to guards an d co-workers, an d continuously patrolling an d supervising the store’s fire prevention, physical security equipment, co-worker an d customer’s safety issues, in order to prevent fire, accident, internal an d external crime from happening. YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include People Development To conduct recruitment & development for store risk team, continue to improve the leadership of each team member. To provide an d ensure succession plan both for running stores an d expansion （including store rebuild project）. Safety an d Security Compliance, Operation an d Investigation Work with store management to define store risk objectives, targets an d related annually action plan by accessing current business conditions, co-worker’s safety & security awareness an d outcome of commercial review. To monitor store daily safety an d security operation an d ensure store safety & security management meet with IKEA group requirements an d local government regulations. To monitor store general incidents investigation an d carry out the confidential cases. Insurance Claim an d Public Relationship To co-ordinate the communication an d claim procedure with insurance company. To act as a representative, interface with outside agencies （police, fire-fighting department, external guard service-company, attorneys…）, an d keep being informed for any regulatory changes. ERT an d Reporting To co-ordinate with the store ERT an d management for the handling of any emergency cases an d provide appropriate opinion according to IKEA Retail ERP to the management to minimise any possible loss an d risk. To properly report all internal an d external emergencies an d provide rapid response YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills an d experience include: Previous Safety & Security experience. Fundamentals of security control an d inventory loss prevention Understand basic accident prevention legal demands Fundamentals of fire codes & knowledge of fire fighting Clearly know the reasons about stock loss Able to form strong working relationships with all levels of management Have highly effective an d creative written an d verbal communication skills. To be a profitability thinker To deal with stress situation regularly To realize set targets an d aims with patience an d persistence Experience on loss prevention & EAS system Clearly on how to analyse the Important difference about Inventory
