岗位职责：1.Develop suitable study plan according to needs an d expectations of customers, achieve sales target2.Communicate with customers closely, develop, establish an d maintain customer relations3.Discuss with customers about their long an d mid-term plan, set right progress expectations4. Other duties an d responsibilities assigned by company when needed.1.针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划，达成销售目标；2.与客户紧密沟通，开发、建立并维护客户关系；3.与客户探讨课程计划，设置合理的短期目标，为客户提供有力的学术评估；4.其他根据公司需要所授予的职责和责任。任职要求：1.Love children an d care about their growth2.Experiences in sales Ｏr education industries3.Excellent self-learning ability4.Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skill5.Good team player6.Good sales sense an d skills7.Able to work under pressure8.Result-oriented9.Fluent in both oral an d written English.10.
