Position Description:1.This position is responsible for the successful operation of a WSE Center.2.Give guild to the Course Consultants for daily sales activities an d to achieve periodic an d monthly sales targets,3.Work with the Service Manager to maintain WSE service standards4.Ensure the full implementation of WSE policies an d procedures in the Center, an d create a service focused culture for both the sales an d service teams.5.Identify an d submit corporate leads, an d build relationship with students.6.Guarantee center staff headCount, improve center staff through training, coaching, an d continuously cooperate with WSE HR Team.7.Cultivate a fair an d supportive environment for customers an d center staff in the context of the WSE Values - Respect, Responsibility an d Integrity.
Position Requirement:1.5 years Or above direct sales experience (Ideally B2C).2.3 years sales management experience in MNC an d have managed at least 10 subordinates is a plus.3.Excellent sales skills an d necessary to provide evidence of success an d awards.4.Excellent communication skills.5.High sense of responsibility an d customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).

Main Responsibilities:
Implement Company s sales, marketing an d service strategy in the center.
Direct the Centers day - to - day operations
Direct the daily activities of the Course Consultants by assisting them to achieve their objectives for sales an d revenues and, continuously train, evaluate an d monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.
Lead corporate business development an d corporate relationship building.
Provide center general an d administrative reports as request.
Requirements:
Aged 32 Or above.
University degree Or above, MBA preferred.
At least 5 years experience in sales an d operation, including 2 years Or above in a managerial position.
Excellent track record in sales an d sales management.
Result-driven an d customer-oriented.
Good at coaching an d training. Strong interpersonal communication
Excellent English, working knowledge of Mandarin.
