To strengthen our in China an d help our clients deliver their key projects, we are looking for < Lamp Design Engineer>.
The role Responsibilities · Work with global team to define the headlamp system for APAC market. · Identify China customer needs; support CCP, study benchmark design an d communicate with supplier. · Create Part development timing according to master timing in PDP system. · Input requirements to supplier, such as, appearance, interface, function an d performance. · Lead headlamp system development （Define component system FO, BO an d key characteristics, create BOM & DFMEA） · Release Source packaging for sourcing an d supplier technical review; Release components, lead change management （Solution, documentation, cost & timing, implementation）, an d maintain CCD/ODM. · Tracking tooling an d gage development. · Responsible of component level an d system level validation （DV & PV）. Profile · BS an d above degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering. · Experience of 3 years of experience in headlamp system development an d release. · Familiar with headlamp system regulation · Familiar with AQP, engineering & quality tools. · Supplier management skills, Lead technical review meeting with supplier. · Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit. · Good English communication skills （fluent in speaking an d writing）.
