In China, we are working with Multinational Corporations （BMW, Fiat, Volkswagen…） an d Local brands （Geely, ReachEV…） on tomorrow’s challenges such as Autonomous Driving an d Connectivity, Powertrain an d Electro Mobility & Complete Vehicle Development. To strengthen our Automotive Management team in China an d help our clients deliver their key projects, we are looking for a ME Team Manager. The Role Reporting directly to the Technical Unit Manager of the Automotive Business Unit, you will be part of the management team in charge of the business development an d delivery of several clients. Responsibilities Client Management · Operate as the main point of contact for clients regarding the team performance an d potential business development · Responsible for developing technical solutions an d value propositions for our clients · Bring client an d technical knowledge to support the creation of proposals for clients · Develop relationship with key clients’ stakeholders to build long-term trust an d partnerships · Meet clients on a regular basis, ensure renewal of contracts is done on time Opportunities Management · Gather market an d client intelligence to detect an d qualify new requirements · Clarify business opportunities with client to get the best possible understanding an d mobilize the relevant resources to answer the needs · Increase the value of the solutions an d services provided by demonstrating Altran’s expertise an d credentials People Management · Manage a group of team leaders an d Consultants to ensure the best employee experience even on client site · Ensure employees satisfaction an d engagement by operating as one of the key points of contact between consultants an d back-office. · Develop consultant’s technical expertise using various knowledge sharing tools · Analyze clients’ needs an d brief recruiters to ensure quick an d efficient recruitment · Meet with potential candidates, assess them, conduct technical interview Ｏr delegate to technical experts. · Confirm an d validate pre-offer, offer an d assignment letters · Monitor an d find opportunities for consultants not assigned to a project （bench） Your Profile In order to fulfil the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile: · 5 years’ experience within an Automotive OEM Ｏr Supplier · Previous experience holding an Engineering Ｏr Project Management position · Knowledge of one Ｏr few of the following technical domains: Body-in-white （BIW）, Closure / doors, underbody structures. · Experience in either product development, product launch, production engineering, manufacturing processing （welding, stamping etc.）, NVH, Safety Ｏr CAE · A proven track record in IT Ｏr R&D services Ｏr solutions preferably in Auto industry. At least an advanced knowledge of Engineering Consulting business model · Entrepreneurial an d autonomous spirit · Strong selling, negotiating an d influencing skills · Team Management experience is required · Ability to work under pressure · Team player an d Flexible · Fluent in English
