For a Luxury Brand. Job Purpose To provide support to the departments in the companies to meet manpower needs at various levels in the most efficient an d accurate manner. Major AcCountabilities 1. Understand the business situation & perspectives, check & control headCount budget, follow recruitment plan from management 2. Optimize the recruitment criteria, regulation, an d process 3. Plan an d schedule recruitment advertisement to be placed in various channels an d monitor the results an d its effectiveness 4. Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle: dealing with the requisition process, carrying out interviews, developing relationships an d liaising with Managers an d Team Leaders, scheduling of interviews, handling the rejection an d offer process, prepare employment contracts an d reference checks, etc. 5. Conduct the recruitment cases with high quality by required time line 6. Build network/connection with universities to handle MT Recruitment 7. Work with HR teams for recruitment projects to reach a wise an d efficient hiring solution 8. Track an d report hiring statistics for improvement of recruitment process & performance 9. Keep him/herself Updated to latest trend of recruitment channels 10. Participate in any related ad hoc project Or assignment 11. Perform other duties as assigned by Management III. Job Requirements Preferred Education & Qualifications 1. Education level: bachelor degree Or above 2. Subject of Studies: Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, etc. Expected Experiences 4 - 12 years in human resources experience, luxury fashion retail industry background is preferred but not a must Personal Competencies 1. Good planning an d operation skills to ensure work efficiency an d quality 2. Excellent cross function communication an d interpersonal skills 3. Initiative, detail-focus, an d result orientation 4.
