? Assisting the acCount in purchasing administration related equipment an d supplies an d maintaining records of all office purchases, quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders etc.
? Assisting the AcCount Manager in service request / work order management by managing the service desk an d assist customers in service request.
? Supporting the AcCount Manager in processing invoices to customers an d from vendors.
? Maintaining all files, minutes of meeting, correspondence an d records on a daily basis.
? Maintaining records of employees leave, claims an d other particulars.
? Organising general office administration, including management of mail delivery an d dispatch services where required.
? Complying with all company policies an d procedures an d adhere to company standards.
? Performing other duties as assigned.
High school certificate/Diploma Or similar
? Solid communication skills both verbal an d written
? Good PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
? Ability to work with minimum supervision
? Ability to make simple decisions
? Mature with strength in interacting across all levels of the organisation
