Through consultation, testing an d interview, follow up with prospective families after initial meetings to convert them into clientsWork alongside the BE team （foreign consultants tutors, study advisors） to help clients pre-school offer with :Decide which boarding schools to apply forPrepare their children through academic tuition an d skills coachingPre-register an d apply for schoolsOrganize school tests, interviews an d school visits abroadProvide / coordinate post-school offer service （with foreign consultants, school contact & visa team etc） such as :Deciding on the schools to acceptTranslate school reports/documents for parents as necessary an d giving parental feedback/queries to the school abroadTranslate school-joining packs for parents an d make sure they understand key details eg payments Assist with visas an d other communications with the school abroadOngoing serviceMaintain regular contact with clients, monitor changes in needs an d communicate student progress towards goalsＵpdate clients’ information in CRM systemsMaintain contact with clients post-offer / post- placement for upselling post-placement services an d generating referralsFinish other tasks as assigned by manager
