到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsible for supervision an d completion of tasks of BE’s Legal department, engages in completion of projects designed to execute the legal department development goals an d plans of BE, concerned with management an d execution of relevant aspects such as policies an d systems, to support operational effectiveness of Legal Department:Support the Head of Legal inRevision of contractsRisk managementLegal compliance of BEAnalysis of legal problems for commercial purposesCoordination of internal projects requiring support of the legal teamAssistance in Merger an d Acquisition activities of BE Group.Check the accuracy of Legal Department work before it is released to other departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree Ｏr above in relevant majors;2-3 years of post-qualified practice experience in major domestic legal firm preferredBe equipped with theoretical knowledge an d practical experience in Legal department operationsSpecialization in corporate finance area an d have experience related to foreign investment.Be familiar with relevant national an d local laws, regulations an d policies regardingeducation;Good English skills, in both written an d speakingStrong competence, excellent organizational skills an d analysis ability, good communication an d interpersonal skills, high professional quality an d a good sense of service, hardworking, with team work sprit an d leadership skillAttention to accuracy an d detail of work completed by the Legal team
