招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Purpose:Structural Engineers provide structural analysis, design an d design-related services from contract initiation through all phases of design development to final inspection an d certification. Essential Responsibilities:· Perform analysis an d design of structures using applicable building an d design codes/standards （US an d Canadian）. · Provide design sketches an d coordinate work with draftspersons an d other engineering departments during the design development stage. · Liaise with external consultants an d drafting contractors for assigned projects.· Prepare technical specifications. · Review an d check engineering designs an d drawings from junior team members.· Complete site inspection as required an d assist site superintendents with technical issues. · Review shop drawings an d develop design solutions an d modifications when warranted by site conditions.· Contribute to the development of departmental teamwork an d efforts to improve efficiency. · Coach an d mentor less experienced design an d drafting staff.· Use Non-Compliance Reporting （NCR） / Opportunity for Improvement （OFI） procedures.· Continuous improvement of self an d team.· Respect people through positive communication, consideration an d cooperation.· Maintain an d follow best practices in Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Lean Management an d Safety.· Execute responsibilities according to lawful an d ethical standards. · Define an d align personal development goals with departmental goals.Qualifications an d Experiences:· Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.· Registered Structural Engineer designation in China Ｏr eligible for registration.· 5 years of experience related to structural design engineering with a strong, proven background in steel an d reinforced concrete design.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Must be legally eligible to work in China.Soft Skills:· Ability to work in a team Ｏr matrix environment an d independently with minimal supervision.· Proactive, innovative, detail oriented an d results oriented.· Self-starter an d energetic.· Ability to develop an d maintain effective internal working relationships with all levels in the organization an d external clients.· Excellent time management, organization an d priority defining skills.· Exceptional ability to listen, communicate （written an d oral） an d collaborate.· Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, fun an d professional environment.· Hands on, roll up your sleeves, do whatever it takes to get the job done.· Ability to motivate an d contribute to a positive an d results oriented team environment.
