and support training & promotion programs in regions an d important Countries.1. 针对市场分析和市场需求制定直销事业部年度、季度、月度教育培训计划方案;Planning annual、quarterly an d monthly training schedule for Direct Selling Division according to marketing analysis an d requirements;2. 各区域内经销商大型会议与互动及专项培训活动的策划与组织: 根据集团领导策略,指导、策划和协助组织年度经销商大型会议活动的实施,总部的各项大型会议旅游等活动的组织实施;Planning an d organizing distributor events an d training in each region; Organizing an d cooperating with HQ for large annual events an d incentive travel of distributors according to company strategy;3. 规划并制作符合市场需求的文宣辅助工具;Planning an d drafting training & promotion material according to market requirements;4. 集团教育培训工作的完善、持续优化、并推广根据集团整体战略规划,搜集市场相关信息,制定分层级教育培训体系完善的方案;Optimizing training system, searching marketing information, setting up different levels of education& training systems according to HQ strategic plan;5. 全球网站管理、文宣资料电子化;Managing company websites an d online version of all promotion materials;6. 部门内部管理. Internal management of Education & Training Department.
任职资格:1. 大学本科或以上学历,专业不限;Possess a bachelor degree Or above;2. 10年以上大型直销企业教育培训、市场销售运作经验,精通直销行业教育培训工作; At least 10 years’ experience in training an d marketing operation of large direct selling (Multi-level marketing) enterprise, familiar with distributor training work in direct selling (Multi-level marketing) industry; 3. 语言能力:中英文流利;Excellent in both written an d oral communication skills in English, preferable in Chinese speaking.4. 五年以上大型或跨国企业管理经验;At least 5 years’ experience in large scale enterprise Or MNC at managerial level. 5. 具有组织、策划直销公司大型会议和各类培训的背景,熟练掌握直销理论和培训技能;With systematic leading, planning an d organizing abilities, an d with good communication an d coordinating skills, with extensive direct selling knowledge an d management, initiative communication, organizing an d planning ability;
