- Assist Project Manager leading team members to execute high-quality project an d meet customer demands协助项目经理带领项目组成员,确保本组高质量完成项目,以实现客户期望;
- Independently execute all projects with the leadership an d supervision of Project Manager在项目经理监督下完成执行业绩目标下的所有活动并独立完成项目执行,；
- Work closely with Creative, Show, Production an d Factory team to achieve the overall event effects an d solve on site problems与创意部、秀部门、制作部、紧密合作，负责与工厂的沟通工作，达成活动整体效果并解决现场问题；
- Responsible for effective cost management to achieve profit targets as per APAX standards有效的成本管理、按照公司标准达成项目盈利目标；
- Solve various on site problems an d ensure on site safety解决项目现场各类问题，全权负责现场安全工作；
- Responsible for all approval procedures负责所有审批流程工作；
- Cooperate an d coordinate with suppliers, event venue an d third-party vendors/contractors.现场所负责的供应商、场地以及第三方的协调管理；
- Work as a connecting link internally an d externally with strong team spirit团队合作精神、起到承上启下作用;
