Responsibilities: Overall AcＣounting department management, to ensure the accuracy of acＣounting book, the accuracy of bookkeeping an d financial reports;Overall Controlling management, Compliance management;Provide timely & accuracy management report an d group report;Financial Analysis with gaps highlights an d improvement suggestions;Annual Budget an d forecast organization & simulation;Financial supporting on management strategy thinking an d decision making;Overall management of tax compliance, tax plan, tax saving suggestions an d implementation;Cash flow management & improvement;Treasury management, including cash flow, loan management, FX risk, SAFE risk control, customer/Supplier credit management, days improvement etc;Project cost analysis, Project KPI definition assistance;Inventory & Fixed assets stock taking monitor;Controlling policy & regulations improvement an d draft;Transfer pricing coordinates;Ensure smoothly annual audit, tax audit, annual government audit etc;Work with function managers on analysis gaps improvement, operating management improvement;Work with HQ for reporting consolidation an d other requirements, an d other controlling activities;Work with banks for needed cooperation;Work with government for needed cooperation;Work with auditors for needed cooperation;Contract review with business &controlling thinking;Legal stuffs with cooperated lawyer firm;Expatriates stuffs assistance;Works meet the demand of safety, health an d environment protection system request;Other tasks assigned by GM.
Requirements: Bachelor degree Ｏr above，major in finance, business administration Ｏr related;At least 10 years related working experience an d above 5 years manager in manufacturing finance, management working experience;Skilled computer knowledge, master of English an d good communication skills;Strong leader, judge, decision, communication, influence, project an d implement skills, problem finding / analysis an d solution maker.
