Description The role of Client Program Manager is to plan an d execute acCount management, project management an d user management activities an d achieve assigned targets established for growing SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities 1.Champion pre-sales activities to achieve the best in class client experience pre-contract close.2.Executing acCount growth an d project fulfilment strategies.3.Direct an d lead user support group to ensure that user support experience is best in class.4.Manage an d prioritize the development schedule for projects across the board.5.Develop an d execute annual client an d acCount plans (and special project plans) for the department that improves either top line (e.g. more revenues by faster user onboarding) Or bottom line growth (increasing efficiencies).6.Lead the successful client programs from pre-sales, through to business requirement determination, customization an d implementation, to user onboarding an d growth.7.Manage multi-functional teams to deliver successful projects for clients.8.Champion client relationships for solution enhancements an d challenges.
Requirements 1.University degree Or above.2.At least 3 years experience in a similar position with SaaS / mobility solutions busi-ness with excellent understanding of retail execution an d field force management chal-lenges. 3.Actions an d results oriented; can work under high pressure.4.Customer focus; demonstrated excellent consultative selling approach.5.Exceptional interpersonal skills an d presentation skill.6.To manage multi-task by planning, organizing an d establishing priorities.7.Excellent command of English an d Chinese both orally an d written.8.Willing to take business travel.
