Duties an d Responsibilities:
1. 日常内部销售工作,包括:DailyInternalSalesresponsibilities,including:1.1 及时回应客户询价,向客户提供准确报价,并跟踪结果;负责合同的审核、签订、执行、管理及相关款项的催收;及时、准确录入和维护Infor系统、CRM系统信息Respond to inquiries timely an d quote correctly; Responsible of contract checking, signing, execution an d customer payment schedule; Key in customer information in CRM an d Infor system an d maintain these systems properly.1.2 根据每日收款情况,制作相关单据安排发货、订货事宜,确保货物按约定时间到达客户Make documents based on the payment schedule of customers an d arrange shipment accordingly to ensure the timely arrival time on the customers’ site.1.3 维护客户关系,倾听客户意见,正确处理并跟踪、解决客户投诉,记录并反馈信息Maintain the relationship with customers; Listen to their opinions; Handle an d follow up the complaints correctly an d keep in record1.4 主动联系客户(含电话、email等),了解并理解客户需求,发展客户关系,发掘销售机会(Leads),记录Phone Call,并促成销售Take the initiative to contact customers by mails Or calls; Get to know an d understand the requirements of customers; Develop relationship with customers; Find business leads; Record phone calls an d finally get sales orders
2. 内部销售团队管理工作,包括:Internalsalesteammanagementresponsibilities,including:2.1 内部销售日常工作的监督、管理、激励以及KPI的制订、考核评审Daily monitoring, managing, motivation of internal sales team as well as KPI formulating an d assessment2.2 定期组织内部销售会议,回顾工作情况,制订工作计划及解决工作中的问题Organize regular meeting for team performance review, action planning an d resolution on existing problems2.3 合理安排及调度内部销售团队工作,如员工休假期间的工作安排等Job distribution, arrangement an d relocation for internal sales team to ensure smooth running of the team, especially in some special case, like job backup for position that staff taking vacation Or leaving2.4 组织新员工的培训及团队的定期培训,提高团队工作能力和效率Organize coaching of new staffs an d regular training of internal sales team to ensure sustainable improvement of team competency an d efficiency3. 部门支持和协调工作,包括:Departmental support an d coordinating responsibilities, including:3.1 部门全区域申请流转协调工作Coordination on processing of departmental applications in all regions3.2 有关部门业务的跨部门协调工作Cross-department coordination relating on departmental business3.3 部门会议组织、报告收集、通告发布以及协助完成总监安排的其它工作Departmental meeting organization, report collection, notification release an d assistance on other jobs Sales Director assigned
Knowledge, Skills an d Abilities:1. 较强的表达能力和沟通能力;Strong ability of expression an d communication ability, sweet voice, affinity;2. 具备客户服务意识,良好的团队合作能力;Have the customer service consciousness, good team cooperation ability;3. 较强的学习和适应能力;Good learning ability an d adaptability4. 良好的英语听说读写优先。Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading an d writing.
Qualifications, Training, an d Experience:1. 本科以上学历;College diploma Or above;2. 5年以上内部销售或客户服务经验Above 5 years of experience on internal sales an d customer service3. 具有内部销售团队或客服团队管理经验者优先考虑Experience on internal sales Or customer service team management is preferred
