The Online Manager B2C will lead a team to secure budgeted sales target. The more skilled an d knowledgeable the manager the more profitable the company will be. Required Knowledge: Understand the Chinese E-commerce market an d digital landscapeBe familiar with daily operation on Tmall. an d preferably on other E-commerce platformsHave experience in running an d operating flagships stores on TmallKnow how to make a sales an d marketing strategy for Tmall storesBe familiar with communicating with Alibaba networkBe business mindedFluent in ChineseFluent English TASKS: Responsible on both strategic an d operation level with support from team leaderLead the B2C online department in planning, construction, recourse allocation, operation an d set clear growth strategy with solid business plan for all brands to achieve company objectives.In collaboration with Team Leader lead an d own the online commercial plan, consumer concepts an d brand-to-consumer calendar.Secure the profitability of all B2C E-commerce stores ran by the company including Tmall , Wechat an d any other E-commerce platform the company decides to work with.Develop an d increase J&Js online sales for B2CResponsible for reaching company budget an d oversee income an d costsSecure an d optimize internally the sales an d fulfillmentCreate a good an d positive working environment in the team.Develop the team individually an d through collaboration.Support business development opportunities to win more business for both B2C an d B2B projects.In November present a reliable sales budget for coming year an d in June an Ｕpdate on current year.
