#ItsHowYouframeIt Key Responsibilities:Support management on strategy an d execution for key performance marketing channels including, but not limited to PPC (Google, Yahoo & Bing), Facebook Ads an d retargeting engines.Track, measure, analyze an d report performance of all digital marketing implementations an d assess against goals (ROI an d KPIs) to create data-driven insightsMeasure an d report performance of all digital marketing campaigns an d assess against goals (ROI an d KPIs) to create data-driven insights, using various tools such as Google AnalyticsImplementing marketing an d advertising campaigns across multiple marketing channels by working with cross‐functional team members that may include design, product, IT an d brand marketing departmentsManage marketing partners an d agencies to support the strategy planning, execution, analysis an d reportingspan> Requirement:2 years of overall digital marketing experience required, preferably with experience in E-Commerce/Web applicationsBachelor/Master degree in either Business/Marketing/Economics/StatisticsGood understanding of all aspects of digital marketing an d E-Commerce/Digital Advertising, including: PPC, Paid Social advertising an d Ad networksSolid knowledge of website analytics an d performance marketing reporting tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical skills an d data-driven thinking Exceptional English language proficiencyAbility to set priorities, foster cohesion an d provide motivation to cross functional teamsAbility to solve problems quickly, think creatively an d thrive in a fast-paced, ecommerce environment
