Position Senior Product Manager Summary EyeBuyDirect is seeking the product manager with combined ability of product management an d marketing. Requirements ● Minimum 8 years of experience in product management of fast fashion industry. ● Minimum 2 years of experience of managing product team. ● Strong ability of strategic planning, research an d analysis ● Strong sense of trend forecasts an d creativity ● Proficiency with product marketing ● Proficiency in cross-functional team collaborations ● Fluent in written an d oral English. ● Bachelor s Degree in business Ｏr economics （MA/MS preferred）. Key Responsibilities ● Analysis on the US market, competitor product portfolios, product trends, an d customer needs ● Identify product position an d create product category structures an d pricing. ● based on the company strategy an d targets, create product management work goals an d break down detailed an d trackable KPIs. ● Lead the management of product communication an d campaigns. Coordinate with branding an d channel teams to develop promotional approaches an d channels for different product categories. ● Lead the management of product creatives, including copy, images, product pages an d production ● Lead an d control product purchasing plans, including product structure, styles an d quantity. ● Lead management of product sales, creation of bestseller an d slow seller tactics an d their execution
