This role is responsible for partnering with key multi-functional teams such as DC Operations, Strategic Sourcing, an d Retail Finance to create, drive, an d execute key strategies to achieve financial goals.Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to managing: monthly forecast, month-end close reporting, execution of acＣount reconciliations, annual budget, cost savings / optimization projects an d other ad hoc projects.The successful candidate will have strong skills in the areas of acＣounting, finance, an d financial reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, AcＣounting, MBA and/or CPA a plusEstablished knowledge of acＣounting/financial principles an d theoryExcellent interpersonal an d communication skills; spoken an d written English fluency5 years of experience in a financial analysis positionExperience with Oracle / Essbase financial systemExtensive experience budgeting, forecasting, closing, an d reportingProven analytical ability, financial modeling an d creative problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail, follow up, an d sense of urgencyProven ability to maintain composure an d professional maturity in a stressful environmentProven ability to work with large volumes of data an d shift focus as needed from granular data mining to recapping findings at an executive levelProven ability to hold self, team an d business partners acＣountable
