GENERAL SUMMARY: The China e-Commerce Specialist is an integral member of the Gap China team, working with internal an d external partners in terms of Gap Official Site daily operation an d online campaigns. The specialist reports to an d works closely with the eCom Manager as well as the partnership with TP an d other business vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Business & Financial: Understand business goals an d requirements for online campaigns an d initiatives.Manage e-Commerce calendar an d align with store promotion as well as offline MKT & CRM campaigns with one brand voice.Brief an d work closely with internal an d external agencies to execute contents MKT campaigns for Gap official site, work closely with store an d online teams to meet the requirement for both channels. External media planning an d execution, including SEM, DSP, CPS, cooperation with vertical media, etc, for both PC an d mobile. Monitor Official Site daily operation an d support online big event execution.Reporting:Weekly/Monthly operational reports with TP support. Follow up on internal reporting to meet Gap business standards.Hind-sight of Gap official site big events an d follow up on enhancement plan an d execution.Leadership & Employees:Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about official site operation knowledge. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas an d change to UEO improvement as well as business ongoing.Manage an d cooperate with external agencies on media planning an d executions.ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:Work closely with Ｃounterpart of TP, planning & merchandise, creative team, store operation, brand marketing an d external e-Commerce partners.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1） Knowledge, skills & abilities:2-3 years e-Commerce operation Ｏr marketing experience.Excellence oral/written communication an d interpersonal skills.High attention to accuracy an d quality of work. Ability to handle large amounts of data an d multi-taskHighly detailed oriented; Self-motivated an d driven. Ability to work well independently an d within a group setting. Exposure to retail, fashion, TP and/or multi-national companies is a plus. 2） Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s Degree Ｏr equivalent
