Responsibilities:- Handle users’requests via both telephone an d e-mail in a courteous manner- Maintain the Helpdesk system an d offer the relative report to the management- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, an d resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, an d recommend an d implement corrective hardware solutions- Maintain the IT asset Information an d configurations of infrastructure system.- Monitor/Maintain IT infrastructure system, record an d report the issue. （Includes servers, network devices, UPS system, backup, phone system, firewall etc.）- Collaborate with global teams to execute appointed projects- Work closely with IT supplier an d make arrangement for their support if there is any issue- Contribute to the development an d ongoing improvement of technical support procedures an d infrastructure
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree Ｏr above in the field of computer science, information science Ｏr management information systems- Min 1 years’ working experience of IT equipment/network/server, experience in foreign company is preferred.- Extensive knowledge of network an d Microsoft PC operating systems an d server system- Windows Active Directory knowledge is a plus- Good analytical skills- Good command of oral an d written English- Good communication Skills- Results oriented, stress resistant, presentable
