工作地点1：上海市延安西路3062弄18号华菱大厦8楼（长宁西郊动物园、闵行虹桥、程家桥、龙柏、七宝）
Main Responsibilities:Generate AR/AP data details based on sales/purchase order information;Responsible for the entry of AR/AP vouchers;Check an d process AR/AP data an d write off virtual invoices;Timely communicate an d Ｕpdate with relevant departments about abnormal payment Ｏr difference data;Focus on the customers with large receivables an d long-term acＣounts, keep timely reconciliation with customers an d report to department leader;Cost control; Generate relevant financial statements;Effect financial management functions base on the principles of sound financial management; Prepare an d organize the implementation of financial budget, financial report, provide management decision-making basis; Improve acＣounting system, guide acＣounting work, to ensure the accuracy of the financial report; Responsible for reporting the financial status an d results of operations to General Manager / Operations Director, regularly Ｏr irregularly report the financial balance an d profit an d loss situation for timely decision making; Responsible for the plant overall capital allocation, asset management, costing, acＣounting an d analytical work; According to the tax law, deal with all tax issues, reasonable tax avoidance; Supervise the subordinates work in accordance with the standards Ｏr requirements, perform work effectively to ensure that the goals of your department; Other tasks according to business needs.
Main Requirements:Bachelor degree Ｏr above, major in Financial Management will be preferred, shall be with acＣountancy qualifications; 3 year experience in acＣounting, from trading company is a plus;Familiar with reconciliation process between customer an d supplier;Proficiency in the national an d regional policy of VAT to keep abreast of policy Ｕpdate an d implementation; Good skills on leadership, judgment an d decision-making, coordination, interpersonal, influence, planning an d implementation; Good communication an d coordination skills with professional ethics;Honest, integrity, responsible, careful an d hard-working; Sensitive to data an d good at data analysis; Good on excel skills;Good English both on oral an d writing.
