工作地点1：上海市闵行区延安西路3062弄18号华菱大厦8楼（近虹桥、程家桥、龙柏、七宝、西郊动物园、）工作地点2：上海市黄浦区延安东路588号远洋商务大厦1期4楼（近人民广场）
Main Responsibilities:Assist on implementing all aspects of department strategy to complete targets; Manage incoming samples from factories an d outgoing samples to customers, incl. make an d attach label to sample, take professional picture of samples an d format them according to requirements;Assist on keeping good communication an d coordination with customers, factories, internal departments, all emails are replied promptly, maximum in 24 hours, to ensure sample an d production schedule; Assist on managing factories’ performance to deliver the best value an d good quality products on time; Responsible for data input an d updating , catalogues filing, an d prepare relevant analysis report as required;Preparation of QC packs;Provide assistance on general administrative works;Bum CD for picture of shipping samples;Help shipping department filling out export documents;Regular business travel;The above key tasks are not exhaustive an d may include other tasks according to business needs.
Requirements:College Degree Ｏr above;Smart an d detail-oriented personProfessional in using excel, word, etc.Good English communication skill.
