SENIOR CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Do you like making digital experiences feel personal? Ubisoft China is looking for a Senior Manager of CRM as part of its Customer Management Group. The Senior Manager role is tasked with the strategy, planning an d impact of all direct to customer digital communications the team sends. To be successful we require someone who’s immensely passionate about digital experiences, an d who gets excited on how to best apply the modern marketing automation toolsets to make every interaction with our customers feel as personal as possible.
Responsibilities: Lead all customer journey an d lifecycle marketing efforts for all Ubisoft brands for our Chinese players, including setting strategy, developing objectives, evaluating budget an d resource levels, an d measuring results.Manage the day to day operations of the CRM strategy team members you oversee including coaching, performance management an d mentorship.Oversee the application of the CRM strategic vision applied to all direct marketing channels, including Tieba, QQ group, ZhiHu, forums an d any other medium where players come to discuss our games.Work with analytics team to help apply data to marketing tactics on all CRM channels, an d to help understand effectiveness an d performance.Coordinate regularly with international stakeholders, an d work daily with Counterparts in other offices in execution of work an d tasks.Work with an international team to advance CRM strategy within Ubisoft to support the Customer Management vision, an d associated goals.Communicate with senior an d executive management on an ongoing basis on team evolutions an d campaign performance results.Advocate for CRM priorities with analytics, brand, marketing an d communications, production an d technology teams.Build structures, processes an d guidelines for working with brand, marketing an d communications, production an d technology teams.Work cross-functionally to build an d implement loyalty strategic marketing programs.
Qualifications: BA Or above education10 years of CRM related experience in gaming, sports, Or FMCG industry.Hands-on experience with different CRM an d marketing automation toolsets (salesforce, Adobe, etc.) required.Expertise in customer messaging strategy an d planning efforts, with defined documentation an d communication.Strong understanding customer segmentation an d targeting methodologiesUnderstanding of web/e-mail technologiesDriven, enthusiastic leader who can influence the broader organization with a clear vision an d storytelling.Solid organizational an d project management skills, including ability to manage an d prioritize multiple projects, deadlines an d work streams.Creative problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinkingProactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative an d improve existing programs/processes.Native Chinese speaker with excellent oral an d written English skills. French is a plus.
