Job Title: China HR an d Administration Coordinator Reports To: China Finance an d Administration Manager Position is based in: XuJiaHui, Shanghai SUMMARY Position is responsible for supporting HR an d administration initiatives throughout China by coordinating the implementation an d execution of HR an d administration activities in China. Also act as a liaison between China, HK an d US HR departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES an d RESPONSIBILITIES Staff recruitment Work with 51 job.com for the position posting according to hiring needs. Search an d identify suitable candidates on 51 job.com CV screening for AE an d other China-based roles Arrange interview an d preparing employment offer documents Fill in necessary application forms of new hire position for US approval Co-ordinate with recruitment agency to identify an d arrange for candidates to come in for interview HR support Co-ordinate with FESCO to support the employee life cycle process, including on- boarding , performance management an d off- boarding activities, etc Prepare an d maintain all employee records, letter an d other contractual documents in personnel files Prepare an d Update all employee annual leave record. Other jobs assigned by direct manager according to business needs. Administration support Manage external outsourced vendors Purchase office stationery Responsible for general office administration work Documents filing Requirements: Bachelor degree, with 2-3 years of relevant HR an d administrative working experience Familiar with China labor law practice, government statutory claims A team player with initiative an d good interpersonal skill Smart, detail-oriented Good command of written English
