Search an d identify suitable candidates on 51 job.comCV screening for AE an d other China-based rolesArrange interview an d preparing employment offer documentsFill in necessary application forms of new hire position for US approvalCo-ordinate with recruitment agency to identify an d arrange for candidates to come in for interview HR supportCo-ordinate with FESCO to support the employee life cycle process, including on- boarding , performance management an d off- boarding activities, etcPrepare an d maintain all employee records, letter an d other contractual documents in personnel filesPrepare an d Ｕpdate all employee annual leave record.Other jobs assigned by direct manager according to business needs.
