Manage Store Profitability管理店铺盈利· Manage retail sales KPI (net sales, UPT, ATV, Conversion rate), an d increasing profits管理零售销售指标(净销售,单笔成交额,客单价,客流转换率),提高店铺盈利· Utilizes personal, financial an d material resources to drive sales充分利用人力,资金,物料和其他资源达成和促进店铺的销售· Utilizes data to diagnose store strengths an d opportunities分析利用数据,找出店铺的优势和机会· Balances the need to build premium brand equity against the desire to drive sales追求销售的同时树立正确的品牌形象2. Manager Service to Drive Sales管理销售服务· Cultivate a customer-focused service culture with every member in the team, an d leads the way in maintaining an d growing this culture.Regularly analyzes service data an d team service capability to achieve improved service an d increased sales培养有客户服务意识的团队,领导并保持整个团队的服务意识。定期分析客户服务的相关数据和团队客户服务的能力,持续提高团队客服技巧以促进销售3. Brand an d Product Knowledge品牌和产品知识· Works with supervisor to receive Brand an d product training to support new an d seasonal product launches在上级主管指导下接受品牌和产品的培训,支持新产品和每一季新品上线· Partners with others to support, deliver an d facilitate compelling an d educational training sessions.参与,支持品牌和产品培训,并培训相关知识给店员4. Manage Store Operations管理店铺营运· Be responsible for the recruitment, on-boarding, training an d evaluation of the store team to drive a performance culture in the store负责店铺人员招聘, 入职, 培训和考评,培养店铺人员绩效管理的氛围· Creates an effective an d efficient retail environment where all policies, procedures, tools an d operations are under control建立高效率的零售管理团队,确保政策,流程和运营的准确有效进行· The store operation duties include but not limited by the following tasks:店铺营运职责包括但不局限于以下方面:· Support new store set up支持新店建设· Make the sales target, an d lead the team to achieve it带领团队完成销售指标· Sales reports, bank-in, store expenses etc.销售报告,店铺费用管理等· Manage the inventory process, well control stock level库存管理· Organize of replenishment 管理补货· Ensure an d implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines, both in the window an d in-store displays;确保店铺内的货品陈列和窗口成列符合公司要求· Ensure the store working environment is safe an d good; an d ensure the security of property, equipment确保店铺人员的工作环境安全良好, 确保公司财物和设备的安全· Support an d coordinate the communication with landlord支持和协调与业主的沟通5.
