Job ResponisibilityPlan an d implement HR activities effectively an d efficiently, in compliance with legal regulations an d requirements, in order to meet HR target for recruitment, training an d employment management. Drive the recruitment process an d standards by providing service in candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, assessment, cost controlling etc Manage the staff employment process in terms of Offering, On Boarding, orientation, contract renewal, promotion, position change, disciplinary action, quitting etc Manage the HR related announcement an d report (HR Memo, manpower status report an d organization chart updating etc, Global HR Report) Supervise the staff’s Contract & Probation management Manage an d optimize company training practices Yearly每年 Communicate an d explain related HR policies to staff Or related parties. Another task assigned by the department As needed如需要
Education Bachelor degree Or above major in Human Resources Or related experience is preferred, experience of working with local authorities Certification、 license & Special TrainingFamiliar with local Law an d Regulations, CET 4 Or equivalent, Experience At least 5 years working experience in HR.
Critical knowledge an d SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills Personal Integrity an d Honesty Analytical thinking, Good communication in English writing an d speaking Good Computer Skill in Microsoft Office.
