To assist the recruitment process by providing service in candidate sourcing , screening, interview scheduling, assessment, cost controlling, process improvement etc. 协助管理公司招聘流程,包括招聘来源、筛选、面试、评估、成本控制、流程改进等;Assist in handling all kinds of leave check, record an d provide monthly report per requirement. 协助各类假期的审核、统计,并按照要求提供月度统计报表, 并负责解答员工的问题;Responsible for checking an d attendance record, provide monthly report (overtime , shift allowance report etc) an d report to superior if any abnormal situation report , provide professional reply to staff for inquiry on this topic. 协助员工考勤的审核、统计, 并提供月度加班、倒班津贴报表;异常情况报告主管; Responsible for dealing with commercial medical insurance related activities (communicating between insurance company an d company staff in terms of medical expense claims issue, etc). 协助处理员工商业医疗保险的日常事务(与保险公司沟通理赔费用报销等问题); Assistant Responsible for handling staff social insurance related issue. 负责员工工伤、生育等申报、审核等有关事宜;Assist in dealing with affairs related with staff relation, including, new staff on boarding, quitting, On job injury /maternity issue claim with local authority, staff attendance card/social welfare card etc, updating monthly phone list, support to Staff activity. 协助负责员工关系的相关事务的处理, 包括入职、离职手续的办理、员工考勤卡、社保卡的办理、员工档案转移、公司月度电话簿更新、公司员工活动支持、外籍员工等;Assist in handling all kinds of certificate renewal issue. 协助处理公司各类证照(营业执照年检,组织机构代码年检, 批准证书等)的年检、更改等手续; Assistant in dealing with Staff visa. 协助办理公司员工签证等事宜;Other job assigned by the Superior. 部门安排的其他事项。
经验及相关知识技能要求Experience,Critical knowledge an d SkillsCollege degree Or above major in Human Resources Or related experience is preferred. 人力资源专业大专或以上或相关专业同等学历;CET 4 Or equivalent. 通过英语CET 4 级考试; Sophisticated computer skills. 熟练操作办公软件;At least 1 years working experience in HR field in foreign invested company; Interns are also considered. 至少1年以上从事外企HR工作的经验;实习生也可以考虑;Good initiative an d good sense of responsibility. 工作主动、有良好的责任心; Proven good communication skills, good English speaking an d writing 良好的沟通技巧, 良好的英语读写(精通),和交流( 可以完成基本的日常会话等)的能力; Personal Integrity an d honesty. 诚实和正直; Familiar with the working process of HR function, an d handle HR issue in a professional way.熟悉了解人力资源管理事务的工作流程、并能熟练处理各项事务。
