招聘人数：若干 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 玩具测试客服方向寻访（6.5-7k）1.Reviewsinboundinquiriesandroutesthemtotheappropriatesalesteams.1.审核客户的要求及的支持。*2.Developsandsendsoutquotationsforspecifiedcategoriesofleadsusingstandardizedpricingtools,andbookingorders.2.利用系统，工具，跟踪客户订单。*3.Facilitatesservicedeliveryresourceallocationbyenteringsalescontractsintodatabases.3.将销售合同录入公司数据库，更新客户的联系方式。*4.Performsfollow-upofsentquotesandturnsthemintoorderswhilemeetingfinancialcommitments.4.跟踪好，服务好客户客户，进行财务分析，实现财务目标。*5.Communicateswithcustomerstoassistinthecompletionofrequests.5.与客户沟通，满足客户需求。6.Coachesandmentorslowerlevelstaffoneffectivecustomercommunicationandsalesprocesses.6.指导下级员工进行有效的客户沟通和销售推动。7.Performsotherdutiesasdirected.7.履行其他职责。HigherSecondaryEducationandthreeyearsofrelatedexperience.Familiarwithlaboratory’sdailyoperationprocessandtestingprocedure.DemonstratedabilitytousevariousPC-basedsoftwarepackagesformoderatelycomplexwordprocessing,graphics,andspreadsheets.Strongcommunicationskillsarerequired.Requiresin-depthknowledgeofsalesprocesses（i.e.people,systems,andprocesses）.Minimalbusinesstravelisrequired.要求：大专以上学历，三年的相关工作经验。熟悉实验室的日常操作流程和测试流程。能够熟练使用办公软件，有良好沟通表达能力。需要对销售流程（如人员、系统和过程）有深入的了解。偶尔会拜访客户。
