招聘人数：5-8人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibilities· Translate client requirements into technical designs integrated with content management solutions an d search engines to fully unlock the business value of Hybris· Evaluate e-Commerce products, establish standards, define architecture an d be acＣountable for the necessary health of the overall solution by exercising risk mitigation strategies· Articulate point of view on solution platforms, architecture an d vendor options· Architect Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of Hybris· Architect superior commerce features such as search, product details, personalization, merchandizing features such as catalog, pricing an d promotions, etc.· Diagnose an d solve technical problems related to commerce implementation· Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions· Define best practices to manage performance an d scalability of the ecommerce solution· Support business development by identifying an d qualifying relevant opportunities· Lead an d contribute to project/proposal effort estimation ` Manage vendor relationship for relevant solution platform
Requirements· Mastery of J2EE, Architecture Patterns, Design Patterns, Spring framework, Eclipse an d ANT· At least two big ecommerce projects implementation experience on Hybris. Auto, Retail an d CPG industries experience would be preferred· Deep understanding of e-Commerce, Marketing an d CRM business an d Hybris relative modules· Deep understanding of object oriented programming, relational databases.· Expert in Hybris foundational concepts an d has experience & knowledge of multi-channel architecture, data modelling with Hybris, Data exchange an d integration.· Expert in Hybris Task management, internationalization, personalization an d security concepts.· Expert in Hybris standard module function,HMC , PCM , OMS , BACKOFFICE , FLEXIBLESEARCH, INTERFACE. · Expert in search engines such as Solr, message queue MQ, memory databases, an d general open source architectures such as Redis.· Expert in project planning an d methodology （JIRA, SCRUM） ` Bachelor’s Degree Ｏr above
