Cooperate with the business manager, participate in customer meetings, understand customer needs an d be responsible for requirements realization
2、维护客户关系，并实现与客户的深度合作
Maintained customer relations an d achieved deep cooperation with customers
3、主导相应项目的工程师团队组建，包括全权负责招聘新工程师
Led the construction of the engineering team of corresponding projects, including taking full charge of the recruitment of new engineers
4、所属招聘团队紧密合作，从人才寻访到议薪入职，全程参与各个招聘环节，实现工程师项目团队交付
Work closely with the recruitment team to participate in all recruitment processes, from talent search to salary negotiation, an d achieve the project team delivery of engineers
5、参与雇主品牌的建立与维护，以及公司人才库的补充与完善
Participate in the establishment an d maintenance of the employer s brand, an d complement an d improve the company s talent pool
6、作为招聘团队与业务团队的沟通桥梁，助力公司实现快速的业务增长
Serve as the communication bridge between the recruitment team an d the business team to help the company achieve rapid business growth

岗位需求：
1、 本科及以上学历（研究生plus），商学院或工程院校毕业生，有过同行业或同领域工作经历者优先；
Bachelor degree Ｏr above （postgraduate plus）, graduate from business school Ｏr engineering school, with working experience in the same industry Ｏr field is preferred;
2、 流利的中英文及粤语交流能力，掌握第二门外语者优先（法语，西班牙语，德语等）；
Fluent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese an d English, preferably a second foreign language （French, Spanish, German, etc.）;
3、出色的沟通能力、领导能力，以及人际交往技能，对优秀人才有敏锐的甄别能力。
Excellent communication skills, leadership skills an d interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to identify outstanding talents.
