Scope of Responsibilities/工作职责:1. To propose, manage an d implement the Marketing Plan for all assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective an d appropriate marketing plan with supported market data an d analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget an d timeline2. To lead assigned Marketing team to execute marketing plans an d meet show targets3. To assist the Project Director to monitor the Assigned shows in China Budget by delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget an d timeline
4. To manage all aspects of print production, distribution an d effectiveness tracking including production of cost effective high quality brochures, invites an d other printed materials
5. To manage overall media relationships for assigned shows in China with the achievement of frequent, timely an d positive media coverage for assigned shows an d it’s activities across all available media
6. To manage an d direct visitors development including the creation an d management of special VIP programs, subscription an d similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors an d repeat visitors
7. Achievement of a positive working relationship with E-team in order to create consistent an d timely delivery of show messages to the targeted audiences
8. To understand the visitors behavior of the Assigned shows in China by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis an d report the survey results. The survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program an d the creation of value proposition
8. To evaluate the effectiveness of channels for respective events by collecting an d analyzing data of every channel
9. To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution an d issues
10. To coordinate with different functional team, such as sales team, PC team an d Ops team, to make sure to achieve 100% of assigned show target an d MKT KPIs
11. To be responsible for the management of MKT team an d train up the dedicated successors to be qualified to next level an d develop MKT knowledge & capacities of team members Qualifications/任职资格: 1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication Or related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant working experience
2. At least three years of managerial an d people management experience
3. Excellent oral an d written communication in both English an d Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
4. Computer literacy an d database management skills are important
5. Must be a team player an d provide leadership support to develop an d train supporting marketing staff
6. Able to work under pressure, Multi tasked, attention to details an d self driven
7. Highly analytical an d good command of PPT an d report writing
8. Creative, strategically thinking an d an eye to identify business an d marketing gaps
9. With exhibition Or events management experience is a plus
10. Have a good understanding of the industry is a plus as well
11. Good knowledge of e-marketing is preferred
