Responsibilities · Actively research, identify, pursue an d develop new sales prospects to maximize revenue · Possess a successful track record of scheduling business development meetings through to the completion of contract negotiation · Create, manage an d expand client database for a healthy sales pipeline · Develop an d implement effective sales an d business development ideas · Manage all sales an d marketing materials, an d advise website Updates accordingly · Maintain records an d improve sales results from event & exhibition attendance · Advise the company accordingly based on current an d future trends · Work with design an d project management teams on developing proposals · Estimate the client budget of potential projects in China and/or abroad Requirements · Excellent verbal an d written communication skills in English an d Chinese · Minimum 3 years of experience in the exhibition an d event sales business development · Successful sales track record, result-oriented, enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial attitude · Knowledge of various trends an d up to date with current events · Keen, proactive an d hands-on in approaching potential clients in various industries · Immaculate time management; able to meet deadlines, targets an d KPIs · Able to multitask an d work under pressure, yet deliver an d maintain high-quality resultsAbility to travel domestically an d internationally; with a valid passport Compensation based on experiences an d negotiable (package including basic salary an d sales commission)
