工作内容:1. Responsible for the collection, cleaning up, supply an d maintenance of compensation data. Cooperate with CIIC / FESCO ADECO to complete monthly payroll calculation an d the payment of sales incentive an d annual bonus. Complete payroll approval an d payment on-time to ensure payroll is received on schedule. Prepare payroll data analysis on request.2. Responsible for monthly salary calculation for foreign employees an d interns, monthly IIT declaration, an d supply of materials requested by the bank.3. Responsible for social insurance an d housing fund related issues for around 80 cities. Ensure timely an d accurate contribution an d annual contribution base adjustment in accordance with state regulations.4. Cooperate with commercial insurers to complete commercial insurance contribution an d claim.5. Responsible for payroll related audit activities. 6. Responsible for management of C&B module in HRIS, provide solution an d training to internal user, an d cooperate with external vendor for further requests.7. Play as a contact window to employees, responsible for issuing employment certification, replying C&B related questions to employees.8. Assist supervisor in implementation an d accomplishment of C&B related projects an d other ad hoc tasks.
