Proficient use of computers, networks, software programs, an d other resources. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Completed professional training in a relevant business field, Ｏr equivalent combination of education an d experience.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS？Demonstrates the ability an d desire to provide excellent customer service？Demonstrates the ability to understand profit margins, mark-ups, an d competitive pricing strategies.？PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook an d other software？Professional verbal an d written communication skills in English an d local language （minimum）. Additional languages may be required？ Proficient typing, math an d writing skills？Ability an d desire to use computers, type, read, review an d analyze data for long periods of time？Ability to use, read, an d interpret electronic an d printed reports in spreadsheet Ｏr other formats, an d to use a dual terminal screen.
