Major responsibilities: 1. 负责建立、管理、维护OSIM全线品牌形象的一致性,包括OSIM全部的自有平台和付费平台的形象露出,以及制订Digital环境下OSIM品牌形象的指导原则并监督相关部门和外部供应商的执行。 ? Responsible for building, managing an d maintaining the consistency of the OSIM brand identity. This will include OSIM’s platform: brand.com.cn, WeChat, Weibo, Tmall an d JD. ? Develop an d establish creative marketing guidelines in the digital an d E-commerce environment for internal departments an d external agencies to follow an d execute. 2. 负责产出always-on的master brand assets, 包括站外的媒体平台及站内电商平台的素材, 与电商业务组和TP伙伴协同工作。同时,需要根据相应的素材数据进行视觉优化。 ? Responsible for the production of always-on master brand creative assets, including OSIM owned platforms e.g. brand.com.cn, WeChat, Weibo, Weitao; as well as on the paid platforms e.g. zhihu, Toutiao. ? Responsible for generating product pages, banners, landing pages etc. ? Responsible for the development of creative assets on big E-commerce campaigns (618, Double 11, Chinese New Year, Super Brand Day, etc.) an d the collaborating with Channel marketing teams an d TP agency. ? Has basic knowledge on EC data an d know how to optimize the creative assets based on user journey an d data analysis.
3. 负责产出shout level campaign的master brand assets,包括不同渠道下的不同视觉呈现,与总部及外部agency伙伴协同工作。同时,需要根据相应的素材数据进行视觉优化。 ? Responsible for the production of master brand creative assets eg KV in shout-level campaign. ? Responsible for the Integration of the specific creative assets on multiple channels to maintain the brand identity, include social media, video media, KOL collaboration, photoshoot, video production etc. an d collaborate with head quarter (HQ) brand marketing team an d external creative agency. ? Has basic knowledge on how to optimize the creative assets based on user journey an d data analysis.
4. 负责freelancer的招募和运用, 以支持大型campaign的素材产出。 ? Responsible for recruiting an d coaching freelancers to develop multiple creative assets to support EC big promotion campaign Or brand shout-level campaigns. ? Explore various freelancer resources to meet different marketing objectives.
Competencies & Qualifications: ·至少拥有4年以上全平台(数字化及电商领域)品牌形象建立经验,有大型电商活动经验者尤佳 At least 4 years of experience in China digital landscape with previous roles in both digital marketing an d E-commerce marketing, E-commerce campaign experience preferred.
· 拥有商业化思维,能够支持和理解业务组的需求,理解marketing需求并消化成creative的视觉表现。 Commercial understanding & strong communication skills to support business requirements, use digital an d E-commerce creative experience to visualize brand message based on deeply understanding of brand marketing insight. Supporting the sales of the E-commerce by setting guidelines for the creative implementation.
· 拥有跨国沟通的能力,追随总部的品牌规范同时落地到本土。 Has basic communication skills an d collaboration spirts to follow HQ brand guidelines an d localize it to China marketing creative visualization.
· 拥有很强的团队协作能力,能同时协调agency和内部部门 Has strong collaboration capability an d able to motivate, organize an d mobilize talent effectively, both internally an d externally.
· 拥有很强的学习和总结能力,会定期学习跟进最新的creative趋势。 Has strong motivation to learn an d review consistently, keep updating professional creative trend to internal team an d coach external agency.
