Duties an d Responsibilities:
-全面负责店铺日常营运工作Be responsible for the overall store management of daily operation, mainly including:
1、 销售管理Daily sales management
-参与销售指标的制定，推动销售业绩的提高，以及监督店铺销售指标的完成Work on Sales planning an d forecasting, push sales performance an d monitor the accomplishment of sales budget.
2、 人员管理Staff management
-全面负责店铺员工的招募、上岗培训、以及工作中的实际表现。在工作中应起到督促并提高员工工作积极性的作用。 Be responsible for recruitment, training an d performance management of the store staff. Supervise an d encourage the staff to work with passionate an d happiness.
3、店内货品及固定资产管理 Goods, products an d fix assets management
-全面负责店内所有商品、货品已经电脑等固定资产的管理及防损工作，以及仓库的库存统计管理工作。 Be responsible for the management an d security of all goods, products an d fix assets, as well as the warehouse inventory control.
Requirement:
1、具有5年以上店铺营运或销售管理经验 / ＞5 yrs store operation Ｏr sales management experience.
2、至少从事过3年或以上团队管理工作 / ＞3 yr team management experience
3、有零售或酒店等相关行业从业经验者优先 / Retailing an d hospitality industry working background is preferred
4、 性格开朗，善于与人沟通 / Passionate an d open to communicate
5、逻辑性强，且注重细节 / Logical mind set an d detail-oriented
6、大专或以上学历背景 / Bachelor degree Ｏr above
7、 熟练的中英文听说读写能力 / Fluent in Mandarin an d English
