招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 工作职责 Job Responsibility · Manage customs handbook operation smoothly, eg customs handbook registration, Ｕpdate, reconciliation, handbook inventory balance, any handbook query， audit from customs.
有效管理海关手册，包括手册备案，变更，核销，手册库存平衡以及任何有关手册的海关询问，核查
· Monitor & operate daily import an d export （EDI an d general trade） to be accurately an d timely，　identify any potential risk an d take correction.
管控及实际操作日常保税及一般贸易进出口申报， 确保准确性，辨别潜在风险亦采取改进措施
· Customs operation an d compliance control process set up, Ｕpdate an d optimize
海关操作及合规性管控各项流程的建立，实施，更新及优化
· Trouble-shooting （including customs cargo checking, audit etc） coordination for any CIQ an d customs incidents.
各种海关及商检事件的有效协调解决，包括海关查车，下厂稽查等。
· New customs policy study, report to manager an d follow the implementation plan if any impact to us
海关新政策／法规的研究，分析对公司的影响及时汇报管理层及跟进相应措施的实施
· Liaison with customs closely to build a good relationships with customs/CIQ
与海关及政府部门紧密地联系以保持良好的工作关系 · Close work with finance for customs/finance data alignment an d coordination
与财务紧密合作协调海关及财务，外汇数据的一致性
· Well train an d support customs officer’s work an d development
培训及支持下属关务同事的工作及发展
职位要求 Position Requirements
· 教育背景 Education BackgroundColleague degree an d above
大学专科及以上
· 工作经验 Working Experience
More than 8 years solid experience for customs operation at foreign owned manufacturing plant（bonded EDI handbook）, with 3 years in supervisor role
8年以上外资制造企业 （进料加工）关务操作经验，且有3年以上主管工作经验者。
· 专业知识 Professional Skills
Professional knowledge for customs/CIQ declaration, customs policy/regulation an d compliance control, customs interfaced with finance area such SAFE, Tax
具有海关及商检清关，海关加工贸易各项政策／规定，与财务密集联系领域例如外汇核销，
税务及海关合规性管理等方面扎实的专业知识。
· 语言能力 Language Ability
Good communication skill in Chinese with Customs, CIQ, can read an d write in English with foreigner via mail, speaking in English to be preferred
和海关/商检等政府部门能够顺畅有效的沟通解决问题；能用英文和国外同事通过邮件交流， 能用英文口语直接沟通者优先

Solid & comprehensive customs experience on customs audit/compliance process, bonded manufacturing operation & customs handbook management进出口海关实操扎实的经验积累，包括海关稽查，合规性流程管理，加料加工工厂各项海关业务的开展及海关保税手册的管理等等
Strong knowledge in China, HK export an d import customs process an d related requirement熟悉中国，中国香港进出口海关的流程及要求
Good communication & coordination skill to work well with diverse parties including government dept independently an d properly同海关及政府各部门各级官员优秀的沟通及协调能力· Experience an d good at customs operation an d compliance standard process setup, Ｕpdate
善于制定及优化海关及合规性管控各项标准操作流程
