工作职责 Job Responsibilityü In charge of incoming material quality control / in process quality control / outgoing quality control an d final packaging to ensure product quality an d delivery.负责来料检查、过程检查、成品检查和成品包装,确保产品品质及交货
ü AcＣountable for the quality performance of the APU as well as leading non conformities（NCR） （internal an d external） closure by using QRQC methodology 负责APU产品质量；运用QRQC主导解决品质异常（内部外部）
ü Responsible to drive CCAR an d SCAR when raised, within proper timescale, finalize official report for external（ie customer）推动CCAR 或SCAR等质量问题分析并跟踪改进，负责完善对外报告
ü Owning the quality objective creation/implementation & monitoring，Responsible for engaging strong intradepartmental an d cross-functional to drive continuous improvement负责品质目标的创建/执行及监控; 负责组织部门及跨部门之间的合作以推动持续改进
ü Providing leadership an d facilitates problem resolution, resource utilization, coaching an d mentoring of team members帮助团队解决问题，优化团队，指导团员的日常工作
ü Responsible for managing quality systems, processes an d procedures to assure product quality an d safety 负责的质量体系，制程，程序管理以保证产品品质及安全- Standard definition 标准的定义- Quality control plan monitoring 品质控制计划- Technical specification validation 技术规格审核- Quality documentation 其它品质文件
ü Support supplier/ subcontractors evaluation / qualification / audit支持供应商评估/认证及审核
职位要求 Position Requirementsl 教育背景 Education Background- Bachelor degree Ｏr above, Engineering background 本科或以上学历, 工程背景
l 工作经验 Working Experience- At least 3 years strong experience of manufacturing quality control/assurance: 3年以上工厂生产质量管控和管理经验- Has relevant experiences as quality engineer Ｏr manufacture engineer in smart card industry is preferred有智能卡制造行业质量管理或制造工作经验优先考虑
l 专业知识 Professional SkillsBe familiar in production system, quality assurance engineering & supplier management了解生产制造工艺，品质改善，质量保证和供应商管理8D; QRQC; FMEA; DOE; data analysis 8D报告; 异常分析；失效模式分析；实验设计;数据分析Experience performing internal audits 内审经验6 sigma GB is preferred 六西格玛绿带优先考虑语言能力 Language AbilityAbility to effectively communicate using English英文读写流畅,听说良好其它 OthersAutonomous person 积极主动Highly responsibility an d good communication skills; 工作高度负责及很强的沟通能力；Data analysis 数据分析
