到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 工作职责Job Responsibility1． 负责公司新产品导入 Responsible for new product introduction - -- 60%？ 审阅新项目产品规范，并进行可行性分析，给出符合行业和工业化生产的专业性建议 Review an d feasibility analysis for new project specification, offer professional suggestions conform to industrial standard an d mass production capability？ 确认卡片和Fulfillment产品新图案符合个人化、工艺和包装要求 Feasibility check new artwork of card an d Fulfillment to make sure meeting graphical perso, technology an d packaging requirements？ 利用公司CPS工具进行BAP开发，在BAP过程中监测并记录单卡个人化时间，对可能影响生产效率的产品要反馈和提出改进要求并跟进改善结果；确保BAP开发和项目Installation满足时间周期要求，对紧急项目优先安排和处理，满足紧急的生产出货要求 BAP development with CPS, record perso time during BAP, report an d follow improvement if perso time doesn’t meet standard. Make sure BAP an d new product installation lead time meeting objective, offer priority to urgent projects an d make sure no any impact production an d delivery？ 与BOTS/LTC高效沟通完成BAP在客户端的验证 Effective communication with BOTS/LTC for BAP validation at customer side？ 在收到客户首单后完成新产品的Installation Finish product Installation when a new order receiveda. 产品作业指导书的申请和确认 Product WI application an d validationb. 建立BOM Create BOMc. 个人化打印模板设置 Perso machine setup for laser printingd. 建立输入输出文件处理文档 Input an d Output files handling document creatione. 特殊或复杂产品召集跨部门会议并运用FMEA识别和控制质量风险 Organize meeting with related departments for special Ｏr complicated product, identify an d control quality risks by using FMEA toolf. 对无法提升生产速度的产品警示订单和计划管理团队 Alert to OME an d Planner teams for low speed productg. 保存、编写或更新有关技术文档, 信息/数据和资产的安全保护 Archive，create Ｏr Ｕpdate associated technical documents: Doc165, product WI, IF/OF handling doc NPI form, BAP an d BOM checklist etc. Security protection for sensitive information/data an d assets？ 新产品首件确认，跟进新产品的首次生产 1st article validation for new product, follow up the first order production2． 集团间项目转移，外包单位的项目安装和生产支持 - -- 20% BAP transfer between OT sites an d product installation an d support in sub-contractors3． 质量投诉分析和改进 - -- 10% Quality issue analysis an d improvements4． 解决产品生产中发现的相关技术问题，及时准确报告解决不了的问题并跟进直到解决 - -- 5% Troubleshoot any technical issues during mass production, report an d follow up until issue fixed5． 其它：如部门、公司或集团分配的新项目的参与完成 - -- 5% Others, for example new projects participations assigned from department, company Ｏr group.
