Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function):·Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, an d state, federal an d local laws·Ensures compliance with all company policies an d procedures, including safety rules an d regulations·Provide direct Level I technical support to client’s on-site personnel·Performs maintenance on all Audio Visual equipment ·Report/escalate issues to appropriate next level ·Provide support services for client’s conference rooms·Must be able to lift desktops, laptops, monitors, printers an d other IT related equipment·Perform customer support related tasks an d special projects as assigned by management·Liaise as necessary interdepartmentally to seek resolutions to all reported issues·Mentor Desk Side Support Technicians as required to provide backup to AV roleJob RequirementsEducation/Experience·AA Or equivalent an d work experience a plus·A Certification Or equivalent a plus·Audio Visual certification a plus·Minimum of 1 year of previous Audio Visual support experience·Understanding of various wireless technologies as related to audio visual ·Proficient in Windows 10, Skype for Business, an d Microsoft Surface Hub meeting room technologySkills·Problem solving skills, organizational skills, an d the ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario·Excellent communication an d customer service skills. ·Excellent teamwork skills ·Goodaudio visual support technical skills ·Understanding of various wireless technologies as related to audio visualAbility to work well under pressure, working in front of customers, under deadline.
