CTB Project Support Engineer

到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 - Provide the technical support within the agreed Service Levels an d delivery project in plan- Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, documentation Status communication an d timely reporting.- Interact with application teams an d other infrastructure teams.- Work with regions for SDDs an d SIPs- Understanding of functional requirements an d translation of business requirements into technical specifications.- Proactively identify problem situations an d resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction.- Escalation used only where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve an d sustain high quality an d prevent recurrence.- Should be excellent team member an d work as a cross-functional team member- Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables an d documentation.- Ability to establish mutual expectations with Business Partners is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered.- Suggest process enhancement.- Act as a buddy to the new joiners an d junior colleagues to help them settle an d take up work in the project.
- 12 to 36 Months of experience in OS, MS SQL server, Oracle DB, IT Infrastructure- Admin an d troubleshooting Skills of Linux an d windows Operating System- Ability to work effectively as a team player- Good Communication an d interpersonal skills- Banking domain experience will be added advantage.- Must be able to perform well as a member of a larger team.- Ability to establish mutual expectations with clients is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered to.- Excellent oral an d written communication skills （English） are critical for success in this job.Must be motivated, an d able to manage multiple tasks.
