岗位职责:
Job Responsibility
1. Helping end-users in resolving computer hardware, software an d application problems with the following operating systems: Windows 7, 10; receiving the queries by calls Or emails an d register the case accordingly in system
2. IT equipment maintenance (Printer, Projector, Telephone etc.)
3. Repairing an d troubleshooting PC related hardware, software, an d network issues.
4. Cooperating with other departments to solve the problems of clients
5. Other tasks assigned by IT Manager
6. Renewal of fixed assets
7. Some weekend support of projects when necessary
任职资格:
Job requirements
1. Majored in computer science, information technology Or network security
2. Relevant IT support experience in MNCs is a plus
3. Enjoy IT work, desire to learn, an d responsible to work
4. Good communication skills, good command of verbal an d writing English
5. Understanding to basic Network Architecture (TCP/IP Protocol)
6. Familiar with Windows Operation System (Window 10 is advantage); experience with Office Suite 2010-2016 in both installation an d support
7. Familiar with MS Office 365 Tools an d experience to trouble shooting;
8. Good organizational an d problem-solving skills
9. Self-motivated working attitude, good personality, willing to maintain a well relationship with colleagues, good sense of client service
