职位描述
Rouse is a world class intellectual property services firm primarily focused on the emerging markets of Asia an d the Middle East, with a leading niche UK IP practice. In all markets where it operates, it aims to be a genuine leader in the field. We are now seeking for an Enforcement Consultant who will be responsible for taking care of Ｏr supervising the IP enforcement cases in the Enforcement team.

岗位职责
1, 向客户提供有关知识产权方面的相关咨询；
Provide advisory to client on IP related issues;
2，根据客户需求，准备投诉文件等必要法律文书等向行政执法机构提出执法请求，对案件跟进，解决客户知识产权问题；必要时监督外部供应商执行的维权行动案件，确保案件合规；
According to the client’s need, prepare necessary legal documents to file complaint seeking for legal enforcement, follow the complaint an d solve clients’ IP issues; Attending Ｏr supervising enforcement actions, ensure the compliance of actions;
3, 经办重要的展会维权；
Handle faire enforcement;
4. 在上级的要求和指导下，经办其他知识产权非诉法律事务（撰写警告性）。
Handle other non-litigation legal affaire as per requested an d supervised by line manager （eg writing warning letters）
任职资格:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree Ｏr above, majoring in law Ｏr PRC BAR qualification is preferred;
本科以上学历，主修法律类相关专业（知识产权）或通过司法考试者优先；
2, 曾在跨国公司、知识产权代理机构或律师事务所从事相关工作（品牌保护），并有3-5年以上的工作经验；
Previous working experiences in IP agency Ｏr law firm, specialized in Intellectual Property Protection, having around 3 - 5 years experiences.
3, 熟悉相关法律法规，有极强的和执法机构沟通的能力；如有良好的社会关系和政府关系可加分；
Familiar with Intellectual Property related laws an d regulations, have strong ability to communicate with law enforcement agencies; having a good social network an d government relations will be a plus；
4，良好的英语表达能力，熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件；
Good command of English, proficiency in MS software;
5，有魄力和胆识，乐观、自信，责任感强;
Courageous, optimist, self-confident an d having strong sense of responsibility;
6. 较强的抗压能力，并适应一定程度的出差.
Can work under pressure an d adapt to the regular business travel.
