岗位职责:
? Giving advice to clients regarding the protection of their IP rights; assuring their business complies with legal requirements an d managing both internal an d external legal resources.
? Providing helpful legal assistance within the Rouse team, working with our lawyers to draft complaints, prepare memos, warning letters an d various other legal documents.
? Advising an d advocating clients in civil actions Ｏr other non-contentious IP cases.
? Attending, pursuing Ｏr providing all necessary assistances in criminal IP enforcement actions through PSBs, Prosecutors an d Courts.
? Managing litigation, arbitrations an d other legal proceedings.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree in law with bar exam certificate Ｏr a dual degree for English & Law;
2. A minimum of 5 -7 years experience in IP field;
3. Good at spoken an d written English （equal Ｏr above TEM 8 level） ;
4. Good communication skills with different departments;
5. Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined;
6. Can work under pressure, a team player;
7. Excellent computer skills （Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.）
