Under the supervision of the team leader, conduct online IP infringement search, monitoring an d execute the takedown project; 在上级的指导下，负责网络IP侵权的搜索、监测、投诉和移除； 2. based on the search an d monitor result, propose take down actions to client; 根据监测结果向客户提供维权建议； 3, Liaise with major E commerce site in China to file complaints an d request infringing goods removal; preparing necessary document to support the complaints an d take-down; 与国内主要的电子商务平台对接，提交投诉和要求移除，依据平台要求准备相应资料； 4, Drafting monthly monitoring report, analysis an d recommendations; 撰写月度监测报告，分析并提供建议； 5, develop templates an d best practices for the whole team; assisting an d participating in team BD pitches. 协助团队在业务执行过程中开发模板和流程经验，辅助团队的业务开发工作。 6. Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. 其他直线经理交代的工作
Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree; 大学本科及以上学历 Language: Fluent written an d spoken English. 英文读写流利 Experience: Prior work experience in intellectual property agency is preferred. 一年以上工作经验，有在知识产权领域工作经验者优先；
Skills: 1. Proficiency in MS software （Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.） 熟练使用办公软件 2. Team player, self-motivated with high willingness to learn; 注重团队协作，自驱力强，有较强的学习欲； 3.
